e) Where courses are booked we will ask you if we may disclose your name to the International Group of P&I Clubs so that they may be aware of your attendance. You are not obliged to agree to this disclosure and if you decline we will not disclose your name.
2. Providing Your Personal Data to Others
a) We disclose your personal data to those presenting the course for and on behalf of us.
b) In addition, as provided for in clause 1(e) above, when you book a course, we will ask you if we may provide your details to the International Group. We shall only provide your personal data to the International Group of P&I clubs provided we have your prior agreement.
c) We will not disclose your personal data to anyone else. In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data detailed above, we may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation we have to comply with.
3. Retaining and Deleting Personal Data
a) Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
b) Unless we contact you and obtain your consent for us to retain your personal data for a longer period, we will retain Booking and Marketing Data as a record of your payment and/or attendance on a course. No data will be retained unless you paid for and/or attended a course offered by us.
c) We may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another person.

We may update this notice from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. You should check this page to ensure you are aware of any changes to this notice.
5. Your Rights
a) Your right to access your data. You have the right to ask us to confirm whether or not we process your personal data and, to have access to the personal data, and any additional information.
